Buyer: The name, surname, and contact information entered by the customer during the order process.

 

Subject: This agreement covers the determination of rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of products or services ordered by the buyer via the www.bayel.net website in accordance with the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

 

Product Information: The type, quantity, sales price, and payment method of the product are specified during the order process on the www.bayel.net website.

Delivery: The product is delivered to the address specified by the buyer via a contracted shipping company. The delivery time is a maximum of 5 business days from order confirmation.

 

Right of Withdrawal: The buyer has the right to withdraw within 14 (fourteen) days from delivery without giving any reason and without paying any penalty. The withdrawal period starts from the date the product is delivered to the buyer or to a third party designated by the buyer. The buyer must send a written notification to info@bayel.net within this period to exercise the right of withdrawal.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the following conditions must be fulfilled:

• The product must be unused, unopened, and resalable.

• The product must be returned with the original invoice and all accessories, if any.

• The product must be returned undamaged and complete as received.

• The return shipping cost is borne by the buyer.

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the following products:

• Products customized or manufactured upon the specific requests or needs of the buyer (e.g., special color, custom mixture, special weight requests).

• Products that have a usage date (whether the expiration is near or not).

• Products whose packaging has been opened, used, or whose original condition has been altered.

• Products unsuitable for return for hygiene reasons.

Important Note: If the packaging of the product is opened, the product is used, assembled, or physically altered, the right of withdrawal becomes invalid.

 

Return Conditions: If the buyer wishes to exercise the right of withdrawal, the product must be returned under the above-mentioned conditions (unused, unopened, with the original invoice and accessories). Returns are not accepted for products where the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised (products with a usage date, custom-made products, etc.).

 

Competent Court: In disputes arising from this agreement, the Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts are authorized.
