March 30th is International Zero Waste Day

Environmental sustainability is no longer just a topic on the agenda for the industrial production sector; it's the very essence of the business. The discussions we had at Replast Eurasia and the observations our managers brought from the field clearly showed us that our sector stakeholders are no longer content with simply complying with requirements. There's a more conscious and willing approach that goes beyond that. Especially on the investment side, it's safe to say that this area is now seen as "today," not "the future." Of course, global uncertainties and current geopolitical crises continue to challenge industry in developing countries like Turkey. However, despite this, the feedback we received shows that environmental sustainability is truly understood and embraced in our sector. We hope that this approach will be positioned even more clearly, not only within the framework of regulatory compliance, but also as a strategic value and competitive advantage.

In addition to the question "What do we want?", we now need to ask: "What are we giving up for this?"

We at Bayel are also a part of this perspective. One of the core principles of our supply chain is collaborating with stakeholders who invest in and observe environmental sustainability (ESG) practices. Because we know that a business model that does not adopt environmentally friendly approaches will find it increasingly difficult to achieve long-term sustainability.
